1) Reserve your Room

Enter the security word in the right column. After enabling the reservation click "Enter booking details" and fill out the form on the next page. Once the request has been completed, click “submit”. When we are notified that a booking has been made we will confirm it.

2) Confirm Booking

We will confirm the availability and total price of your stay once the security deposit is received. The security deposit is the equivalent of one night and once it is received your reservation will be finalized.

3) Regulation and penalities

What you need to know before reserve a Room at Heart of Rome.

The security deposit is fully refunded if you cancel 7 days prior to your arrival. (Ex. Arrival 27 Dec - Cancel by 23:59 on 20 Dic)

If you do not cancel within the 7 days the entire security deposit is withheld. 
(Ex. Arrival 27 Dec - Cancellation 21 Dec)

If a guest does not notify us of a cancellation and does not show up on the day of check-in he or she will be charged the entire balance of his or her stay.

Mandated by Italian Law, a Rome tourist tax of 2€ per night per person will be added to your bill (Excluding children under 10). 

Can not accommodate pets.

Check-in is from 9:30 to 20:00. Special cases can be accommodated, let us know through the online form or via e-mail and we will fulfill your request. (The price of check-out after preestablished hours is 15€)

On the day of departure check-out must be done by 11:00. We offer the service of keeping your luggage after you check- out until the end of the day. 

For every reservation non refundable, the guest accept an additional discount losing the possibility of cancel the reservation. Never this kind of reservation can be totally or partly refunded. For more info contact us.

After the reservation you can send by E-mail
details of your credit card.
For safety we recommend to send it in 2 separate E-mail. The deposit will be charged only in case of cancellation without advance of at least 7 days

The customer will pay the entire amount at the B&B. The deposit will be charged ONLY IN CASE of cancellation without advance of at least 7 days
